Its because we were once colonized by the Americans and English is taught in school since kindergarten.haha
And most of the elites speak English as well

English is the second dialect of the Filipinos leaving in Cebu in fact they know it better than Tagalog….

I’m proud somehow MJ’s family will learn how much MJ means to us here in the Philippines…
