Cotto will go for Manny’s balls and back of the head. And he’ll definitely body slam Manny. Cotto’s a dirty fighter. People don’t want to say it cause they feel bad he got the shit beat out of him by Margarito.

close fight but cotto definately pulls through because he fought this whole fight with 1 eye, impairing his ability to see clotteys right hand. this fight would have been a way easier win for cotto if the headbutt dint happen. you can see because cotto was dominating before the cut. clottey is also alot bigger then cotto naturally so you have to take these factors into consideration. this fight shouldnt take anything away from clottey, hes a very good fighter and deserves the mosely fight.
it was a good fight but i felt clottey should have won. a good tactical fight!

Cotto did NOT deserve that win from this fight. He was FUCKED UP by Clottey! There’s no way Cotto will last the whole fight with Pacquiao. Pacman via 9th rnd KO or TKO!

People are just used to seeing the search and destroy Cotto. But against iron chinned bigger guys….he moves and boxes instead of just marching forward because he knows he prolly cant KO any guys like Marg, SSM, or Clottey. So whats wrong with that? You call it running cause you dont know any better. Not to mention the gash in the Clottey fight over Cotto’s lead eye. And why would Cotto run from a smaller, weaker, average chinned guy like PAC? Cotto can n will hurt PAC, it will be disturbing
If Cotto runs from Pacquiao, he should burn his boxing gear just like Roger told Hatton to do.

Hell no, Cotto does NOT belong in the top 5 p4p. All he fights is welterweights his own size and he can barely beat them. Let’s see him move up in weight and KO Pavlik, then we’ll talk about p4p, LOL

Well I definitely don’t think it was 116-111 Cotto. But I can definitely see Cotto winning. I didn’t think Clottey was active enough in the latter rounds. But Cotto should have been deducted a point for the punch behind the head. Just my opinion though.
i think clottey won this fight, he has landed more big punches and done much damage.
That’s an optimistic way of looking at it. Its only sparring and its not against a guy like Cotto, who can jab, bang the body, and most importantly adjust when things go wrong…like a cut or something. PAC, is great but when things dont go his way he gets rattled. Both guys will draw blood and it will be exciting as hell. Who can take who’s punch? and who can adjust? Those things definetly favor Cotto. And i will be there in Vegas to see it!
…Pacquiao has sparred a middleweight, called Shawn Porter (look his name up on youtube, you’ll be surprised)…thats pretty much the same, fighting a welterweight, since sparmates wear head gear and and thicker gloves…so I think Manny will be ready for a true 147 pounder punch.
and plus no one knows who’s gonna win! only God.
Im looking forward for an very exciting and clean fight.

Just cause Cotto isnt coming forward trying to knockout a guy who is iron chinned, you think he’s running? Shit Cotto is boxing which is to his advantage, he’s not just a come forward fighter like Trinidad was. He did this against SSM, Marg, and Clottey….cause those guys are tough to knockout. Use ur head
